Principal Activities:

Achievements:
The company has accomplished several remarkable achievements over the last sixteen years, which could be briefed as follow:
- Raised its issued capital during its lifetime from 5 Million L.E in 1986 to 33.6 Million L.E.
- Constructed a number of successfully projects:
- EL Messreen Housing building – 10th Elmesaha square.
- Housing building – Haroon Street.
- Elmoubtadayan Administrative Tower project – Elmoubtadayan Street.
- Elmesreen gardens project – 6th of October.
- Stockholders’ equity increased about 6 times along its life with annual dividends varied from 5% - 25%.
